John Lewis - excellent service

Last week I went into John Lewis to purchase an espresso coffee machine. Unfortunately the sales assistant told me it was out of stock, which was a blow as I don't go to John Lewis very often because Manchester is about a 90 minute drive from my house.
However, I was then told, that wasn't a problem, they had them in stock in the depot, and I could either collect it the next day from the shop, or would I like it delivered free of charge to my home address. Two days later it turned up exactly as they promised.
Now I don't imagine they would do this if I were spending a fiver (it cost about £100), but as service goes, I couldn't be happier. Nice one John Lewis :T
