Accounts missing on halifax online

Hi there,
We have 4 bank accounts, 2 savings and mortgage through halifax.
They recently started 'upgrading' their online service, at which point 2 of our bank accounts details could no longer be displayed online - we can see the roll number, but nothing else - they also don't appear in the transfers menu. One of these we need to see each month in order to budget, so we are less than happy about the fact that they have gone.
We phoned last week about this problem, first person didn't have a clue and had to have it explained 3 times before they transferred us to another person. This person commented that he couldn't see 2 ofour accounts on their systems, but didn't specify which were missing (and hubby didnt think to ask), but again couldnt get his head wrapped round the fact we couldnt see 2 of our account details online. My husband had to phone from work so at this point gave up.
Does anyone know who we should be speaking to to get this fairly big problem sorted out? It's been 2 weeks now since we last saw the details, and I, in particular, am anxious to gain access to these accounts again. Hope someone can help out
