I signed up with my gmail address and got nothing but then used a different address and got it straight away in my gmail account where it's forwarded to!

So if you are using gmail, try another address.

I have been a member for about 2 years but nothing seems to get sent to me. I signed up again yesterday with my work email and still nothing so I used my hotmail account and voila, it was sent instantly.

Bit chocolate teapot methinks.

Do you all think this gig will sell out - or will it be safe for me to wait until tomorrow or maybe the weekend for tickets?

It will definitely sell out! You only have to look at the Muse gig(s) at wembley (which holds 25,000 more) to realise that. can't see them having all 50,000 tickets in the pre-sale but tomorrow's general sale will still be a mad scramble IMHO. I think there will be a gig the day after as well. Then the prices on ebay will be worth looking out for - could be some bargains, but with the Monkeys you just never know, do you? People say the hype has died down (and it has) but it hasn't stopped them drawing the biggest ever crowd at Leeds Festival and winning the Mercury etc etc.
