Hi....i know theres been a lot of threads about this in relation to cars bought on HP where you can hand it back after you pay 50% of the total amount, but I'm wondering if the same thing can be done for a sofa ?
I can't find my original paperwork to check. We bought a sofa from Reid Furniture in Scotland. The finance was done through a company called Edge. It was a free for a year, then 0% interest for the next 3 years.
Does anyone know if the "pay 50% then hand it back" would apply here ? I figured I would ask before I contact them and make a fool of myself.
Thanks, Gav.

Are we talking about a living room sofa here or is this a make of car I haven't heard of? I would have thought your finance on a sofa would be a loan not an HP agreement.0
