    There is no specific law about overstickering but it is bad practice because they could be contravening the price marking regulations.
    How should price indications be given?
    When selling to the general public, all pricing information must be clearly legible, unambiguous, easily identifiable and inclusive of VAT and any additional taxes.
    The problem in retail is that if you pay peanuts and treat your staff like !!!! they work accordingly !!

    Tell them that if they can produce the correct coinage, minted in the year of publication then you might be able to come to a deal.
