Ways to send money abroad appart from going to the bank and paypal

Does any one know any way to sen money via bacs over the Internet ie any companies etc? Not including paypal and western union
We deal alot with china and hk and send between £1000 and £10000 a time to the same suppliers
Moat I get a better deal with paying via bacs but find it hard to find time to go to the bank and send the money,
Does any one know any companies that can do this online direct to suppliers banks

because they only charge a fee of 10 pounds and assure me that their rates are good (but maybe I am gullible!). You get to see the exchange rate and total cost before you commit yourself.
Previously I used my bank and paid 25 pounds a time and did not know the exchange rate until after it was sent.0 -
