Possibly Halfords but don't forget to take your registration doc.

The cheapest place is almost certainly the closest place to you after taking into account travel and time costs. So, online perhaps?

I got mine of ebay for around £3 for 2!

Legal letters with the post code of manufacturer printed on them too. Arrived in less than 48 hrs.

Put the link up, best I've seen was the one above, £2.50 with £2.50 p&p.

Most local autofactors will make your plates...take your Reg docs and proof of address.

Keep your local shop open, you'll need a bulb on a Sunday, he'll be there and cheaper than Halfrauds...

I prefer to have my plates made locally. I purchased a set from an ebay seller and they were awful, cheap and nasty, not even fit enough for a trailer!
