About to install a claokroom toilet ...

Hi peeps ... just about to embark on a project to install a downstairs toilet. Length of room 170cm, width 70cm

Got a tight budget to work with. Any tips on close coupled toilet etc. I expect the max projection I can work with is 60cm? I am thinking of going onto Ebay to make purchases more cost effictively? any tips there? & places to buy. I'm in London (NW)

Wickes do a short projection one for about £200. Alernatively in NW London, try some independents such as Malibu Bathrooms (Neasden and Alperton) B&J (Greenford) or best of all but a bit further away, speak to Richard at Beautiful Bathrooms,Hayes, whose shop is the biggest tip you will ever see but knows more about bathrooms than anyone I have I have ever met and he beats almost everyone else on price.
