does anyone know, if after the 30days, your place hasnt sold, does it just end, or does it roll automatically and start charging without the option to stop it before any cost is incurred
also if your place sells within the 30day trial, are they liable for any commission?

After the trial period, just try to find your ad!
All you get when you log in is, "gi' us dosh" (I paraphrase!)0 -
We've just excepted an offer on our house through ourpropertymove at 500 under the asking price!!
I know for a fact that once your 30days ends you have to pay, but thats it, no hidden commission or anything. We started with the free trial and got some great results so stayed on, 2 days after we paid we get an offer from the 3rd guy that viewed. sods law! But hey, still saving!!0
