A bad experience. with FLATBATT
I read about this company in one of the posts on MSE and decided to buy some mobile phone parts ie, a new battery and a new phone sleeve amongst other things. they sent me a wrong part and I returned it under their returns policy.
They were very slow to give me my refund when they did (after one or two emails) they did not include the cost of my postage and packing. I have raised this point with them via email 5-6 times, now, no reply on each. Customer service non existant, customer's chance of doing business with them again, absolutely non.
