tax credit change of address

Hi all,
I recently moved into new house and rang tax credit to let them know over 10 days ago and i still havent heard anything from them.

I thought i would get a letter or something to say it had been updated but nothing has come so far....Does anyone know what happens when you change your address??

As it is a change of circumstance, you may receive an odd payment and a new amended award notice. It can take a few weeks to come out; especially now as everyone is renewing.

I phoned them up and told them of my change of address. There were no problems at all, no stop of claim or anything. She even said they would notify the child benefit office too saving me the trouble of doing it.
