Hello
My Bank has not yet replied after the two week window. Does anyone know what I should put in my next letter?
Thanks

You move onto to step four and start the court process.0

Are you sure? Isn't it worth another letter?0

It's quite common to get no response to your first (or even second letter). Just move onto the next step of the process, you gave them a time limit in the first letter, and they ignored it. If you send another letter, chances are they will ignore this also. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

If this was your first letter then send the Letter Before Action, if this was your second letter then the bank have had sufficient time to respond and they have failed to do so. They now need to know you are serious, so you need to start to file a claim.0
