No buying toiletries in June challenge!

It has turned into a lovely evening in Glasgow with a temp of 21C

I think the mitchum roll on is too strong for my underarms
. I started using it a couple of weeks ago and my armpits have become progressively itchy, red and a bit sore!! I know from previous painful experiences I do have sensitive underarms - impulse to me is like setting fire to my poor pits.
I am feeling a little disappointed but I am not parting with it just yet as I am conducting and experiment to see it the mitchum roll on is the culprit.
I am also on the lookout for a new face powder. I have used the Clinique one for oily skin but would like a cheaper alternative. I need one with some coverage for spots but most importantly one to take away the shine. Any recommendations? No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -

MAY I JOIN IN PLEASE?!
I have a big huge cupboard full of smellies/products - a lot of the stuff i've had a long time, but i've got a thing about not throwing stuff away - I need to have a big clear out sometime! My mum would kill me if I filled the wheelie bin with my old stuff lol.
My biggest 'downfall' is hairspray lol. I tend to buy some to keep somewhere, and I end up forgetting it re-buying, or im out and need some etc lol.
Also babywhipes seem quite a popular purchase for me.
And nail Varnish.
Also four packets of santary towels for some reason
I am going to try and do one boots trip each month for my essentials - and then avoid

Hi Ngladly! Baby wipes and nail varnish are a bit of a problem for me too :rotfl::j0

Welcome NGladly - one thing to look out for when doing a "regular" shopping trip is buying things from habit because you always have....the trick is to work out what you actually need/are running low on and that is where a stash-list may prove useful!
Charlie welcome back - sounds like you had a lovely time!
Have just posted up my stash-list - it's definitely shrinking you know! I need to get back into the routine of body-buttering etc though as that's slipped a bit of late. I think I'll head off in a bit and shower etc this evening so I have time to do all that.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Hello
well, I've been a busy bee today. I've tiled my utility room this morning and then cut out the last stars for my star quilt. I also hung out some washing and cooked a yummy tea (Jamie O's minced beef wellington) and then cleaned off the overspilled adhesive from the tiles. I then sat down to do a bit more sewing. As a consequence of today, my hands are really suffering. I have had a nice bath and body buttered this evening but will need to give my hands a bit of extra TLC at bed time. So much so, that I'm thinking of cracking open one of TBS hemp hand creams tonight. I don't remember how many I got but I seem to think I got 3?
I also need to paint my toenails tonight because I'm going to the park tomorrow and will probably wear my sandals as it's been so hot here.
Night, night all
