Insurance troubles

I have a lot of trouble with my car not being on insurance databases, or only partially there, so that you can select the model and year, but the no variants come up and the quote system fails, but that's on an unusual grey import.
Your Volvo is a standard UK model, so I looked it up on the ABI insurance group database and it shows up two models a 1984cc one and a 2435cc one. Aviva should be using this database, so I have no idea what they are playing at. Aviva are bloody useless though.0
