I want to paint the legs of my cheap old ikea kitchen table so I can reuse as a desk in my daughters room. I only want to paint the legs as I will put a table cloth on the top. someone told me a spray might be better than painting - any idea what this could be please and if it would be better than painting? thank you

You can get an excellent finish using spray paints provided that you make sure that you sand out any imperfections at the outset. The cans of paint are not cheap - £5 to £7 each . A significant amount of the paint will not hit the target, so spray well away from other items or shield the surrounding area with lots of newspaper. It's a very smelly procedure and you should wear a facemask. I regretted spraying outside on one occasion when it proved to be a good way of catching flies.Forgotten but not gone.0

spraying indoors isnt a good idea either. the fumes will nearly kill you and the overspray gets everywhere.
spray outside, or just inside a garage door. open of course. choose your day carefully.
or use normal paint and a brush.Get some gorm.0
