Hi
Have just bought a gas hob. We already had one which ran on a 15mm pipe. The new one looks like a 12mm. Is there special piping I can buy to convert this
....this is for my OH...not me:eek:

You can buy different size copper tubing and various adapters to suite.
There should be no problem.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
However, the CORGI-registered fitter, that you'll legally have to get to install it for you, will already have all the bits needed.0

given the question though - do like it says at the top of the forum and get a CORGI registered fitter with the correct qualifications to do it for you.A house isn't a home without a cat.
Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

This is a good point on 2 counts. Firstly it clarifies the myth that only a corgi person can install gas appliances.
Secondly it mentions if you do use a corgi person they should have the right certification.
There is more than one type of corgi certification, my brother for instance is certified for industrial equipment not domestic so cannot fit gas equipment into a dwelling other than his own.0
