Rusty mark in bath

Hey all, hoping someone could help
I've got a rusty mark on my bath (white, metal, enamelled I assume) from where a metal hair grip slipped behing the bath mat and went rusty. Tried scubbing it with abrasive cleaner and bleach and looks slightly better but still not gone.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated!

Make a paste of bicarb of soda and water, (not runny), leave on stain overnight. Be careful with bleach as oxygen based bleach will make rust worse...0
