    Hi,

Sometimes, when you use plug n play and restart your comp, your Bios determines that plug n play settings were changed.
Have you checked to see if your BIOS USB legacy support is enabled?

Also, have you tried plugging the keyboard into any other USB's i.e. If your comp has 4 have you tried all 4?
For instance, I have 2 on the front of mine and 4 on the back.

Also, I note you say "Plug n Play have checked the site".
Does this mean that you personally have checked the site?

I hope this helps you. :)

Is it possible to take it back to where you purchased it, along with your laptop, and show them it will not work?

Already tried that when it first started doing the fault but they would not swap it for another 1 so it do not matter now have gone to ASDA this morning and purchased a keyboard for 4 quid!

Thinking of re-couping my lost by selling it on ebay or somewere since i have the original box and ect,

    Thanks again for your comments
