I now have an Ipad that has been jailbroken.
If I now sync it with itunes will it lose all the items that were installed when it was jailbroken?

No, you won't lose any Cydia apps when you sync with itunes. However iTunes does NOT backup your Cydia apps when you sync so if you were to do a restore on your ipad, you'd have to jailbreak again and manually install every Cydia app. There are free Cydia apps such as "aptbackup" which backup all your Cydia apps.0 -
I also jailbreak my iPhone but every time I sync it to my PC, my PC restart..
