Ramada Jarvis Glasgow Airport

Has anybody stayed at this hotel that can advise what the noise levels are like please ? I am hoping to stay there as it close to Loch Lomand but my wife is a little concerned about the noise from planes taking off etc.

Thanks
Ste

The cost at RJ for 2 nights is £109 BB with dinner on first night. The cost for 2 nights at Cameron House DBB is £315, can't afford that I'm afraid.

Fair enough. Glasgow City might have been a preferred choice, but if it is only for sleeping in then location doesnt matter.

I havent been to glasgow airport in a while now, but check tripadvisor, they will soon tell you if noise is an issue.

stayed there one night when my plane to london was cancelled and I found it quite quiet - not like heathrow!!
but for Loch Lomand - I went on holiday there and we rented out a log cabin in Loch Lomand itself - wasn't grand but we only used it to sleep in as we were out walking all day. Have you tried here?

Price is an issue I'm afraid, the RJ offer seems good value. We are going for 4 nights in the Ayr hotel and thinking of another 2 nights at the Glasgow Airport one.
