Hi Can anyone advise if it is possible to transfer money from one ISA to another and also to open a new one using a tracker rate in the same year? Thanks

Yes provided the ISA you are transferring from isn't a current year's ISA.0

An ISA transfer does not affect your annual allowance, so you can transfer old ISA(s) to a new provider at any time. Can anyone advise if it is possible to transfer money from one ISA to another and also to open a new one using a tracker rate in the same year?
As long as you have not subscribed any of your current tax year's allowance since 6th April, you can open & subscribe that allowance to a new ISA account.0 -
you cant subscribe to 2 OPEN current year ISAs - that means you can transfer the whole of a current year ISA, and then further subscribe in the new account, as long as you dont exceed the total allowance0
