finding the tariff

Hello
Apologies if I am in the wrong place this is my first attempt.

My elderly parents are with Scottish Power. The gas and electricity deal they are on is called 'Fix for Free June 2010'. They were moved on to this arangement when their previous fixed deal finished last year and the end date of this one is May 2012.

I am guessing this isn't a very good deal, but can't find it when I try to compare on the usual sites.
Can any one help/advise.
Thank you
Miran

    How much, in kWhs have they used in the past year and how much have they paid?

    It can be worked out from that.

    Since it ends tomorrow it does not really matter if you can't find the tariff. All that counts is what the estimated usage will cost on currently available tariffs.

    Thanks folks. The deal doesn't finish until next year - I'll get some more information from ma and pa and try again.

    Doh! :doh::wall:

    (As you say, the only one listed ending June 2012 is a capped tariff, not a fixed one.)

    Hi miran,

    Fixed for free was an exstension of Fixed Price Energy June 2010, so some sites may have it as this or I know some do call it Fixed for free.

    If you want any information on the tariff you can e-mail me at onlinecomplaints@scottishpower.com

    Kind regards
