Anyone claimed Countrywide Reward?

Hi,
Has anyone claimed a holiday or reward through the Countrywide Rewards scheme? We're a year in and thinking of waiting another year for the holiday but the site gives so little information I can't tell if it's worth it or too good to be true?

There seems to be choice of either Haven Holidays, caravan holidays by the sea, or Virgin Holidays, overpriced holidays in the US and elsewhere and nothing else. I hope you didn't choose your mortgage based on this offer alone as I would be very unhappy with only those two choices

Hi I took out a morgage with them and have 2800points and been with them for an year so qualify for the tier 2 rewards but on the automated site it will not let me claim the holiday prize's.
I have sent about 8 E-mails trying to claim this prize and keep getting messed about.
My problem is that the scheme is finishing this march and you need to claim your prize (IF YOU CAN) I am having problems trying to get my reward to the value i have accumulated the site to log on keeps giving me prize's that you could find on the floor in a supermarket,eg 2 for 1 cinema,free haircut when you spend £30,love film,ect.All we want is a holiday and told them this but they will not respond.Trying to hold out till this offer finishe's.this is why I am sending this E-mail on (MARTINS SITE)
If anyone has this problem please contact this site so we can all get what we deserve.........
