Kaspersky IS user license

I have a 3 user license of Kaspersky IS which so far, I've only used 1 for my laptop. If I give my sister my activation code, would she be able to use it on her PC at her home which is on a different IP address? I don't know if all 3 users need to be on 1 IP address. Any advise please would be appreciated.

It'll be fine, you won't need to live together to use Kaspersky
