I can't change my MBNA PIN. Anyone done it with success?.... which ATM was used? I've tried them all. Asked for another reminder and received it today so my PIN is correct. All my other cards were okay. Changing them all due to chip&pin.

Changed my Conran (MBNA) card PIN without any problems. However, do not remember what cash machine I used! Definitely, it was some high street bank’s one, possibly Lloyds TSB’s.

Received my 2nd Pin Reminder and guess what……! The ATM’s at the popular banks are refusing to change it. Called MBNA have asked them to do a complete reset.

    Fingers crossed!

I changed my moneybacl Alliance and Leicester MBNA card at a LloydsTsb machine.
Are you able to access the pin services with your existing pin? if so you should be able to change pin but as poster above has suggested you can not use 1234 or 1111 or I believe your date of birth.

Thanks for the tips on which bank to use for MBNA cards, I have two abbey cards, a mastercard and visa. Abbey cards are apparently done by MBNA, but you can't change the pin in any Abbey machines!

Also when I ask for a new pin they send me both at once and I don't know which is which! The gold old CC shuffle eh?
oooh look only about 220 posts and I got round to doing my Avatar already!!
