Those small capacity(one third of normal) batteries are probably best used in remote controls or anything that gets intermittent usage.

Uniross are historically the number 1 UK brand for batteries. It just happens that it always against the supermarket's interests to ever sell them.

I think that this is the charger you have to 'time' in order to get the correct charge. There is another, more expensive, which does this job for you. Do please double-check if this might be an issue. Still a storming deal with the batteries though. I can't see the rating for the batteries - if they're 2100 then that's great!
