IE 9 links toolbar

I installed IE 9 as part of the upgrades for my computer, but now can't find out how to get the links toolbar with all my sites at the top of the screen as I had in the previous version.
It's a fiddle to keep going to the favourites and scanning down the long list of sites, when I used to have them at the top of the screen and could quickly select what I wanted.
I would add that I had folders on the bar with about 12 different sites in for each of my interests, and not just half a dozen specific sites.

Thank you so much - I now have all my favourites back (taken me 6 months to get them into order so didn't want to lose them).0
