    I think we can guess that's because of the higher residual values prices indicated when many cars were taken three years ago. The fall in residual values when the cars were handed in has affected their profits. Let's face it, non-profit making, means no profit above operating costs. If they're treading a fine line it'll be easy to get it wrong some years in either direction.

    I can guess why you are certain. I can assure that whatever happened (you don't need to say), the vast majority of people appreciate what you did.

    I appreciate your comments. Thank you. Always remember there are 1,000's of us who can't enjoy a full life because we served. I'm one of the lucky ones, I'm still complete and able to function most days. Next time you see the Poppy seller, throw a few bob in for those who aren't so lucky. :cool:
