If you contact the online banking support team and explain the fact that you have been without access to your online banking due to their error and need to transfer from your esaver they should authorise this as a one off. Although it states in the E-saver T&C's its only manageable online, in the event of an error the bank should accommodate you. The santander online banking team can be contacted on 0845 60043880

Thanks everyone, managed to now get access. This is the worse savings set up i have ever encountered.
