You need to find out the original paypal account login details under paypal rules you are only allowed one sort of each account. Even with opening another bank account it will mean technically you will have 2 paypal accounts. It may run fine to start with but at some point paypal may realise and then close your paypal down. It may take years for this to happen but it does.
There was a seller on this board who had thousands of pounds of stock and had been running a Paypal account for years. paypal then suddenly realised the user had two accounts (one dormant for years) and closed it down.
