  • If you have moved across the country, you must transfer your claim to the area in which you now live. You do this by making an appointment with your new local jobcentre and then, as previous posters have stated, completing form JSA3. You most certainly should have been advised to do this when you phoned your original office. How did you sign on for the payment on 27th May? I assume you didn't travel all the way back to your original office!
