Afternoon all.
Haven't caught up on the thread as I've been busy munching a large frog. I spent the majority of yesterday shredding paperwork going back to ChristmasI need to add it to a monthly job list as the shredder overheated 3 times :rotfl: Its almost clear though, just some receipts that I sorted out this morning to shred, and maybe some paperwork when I've finished with my work order and got all that organised.
I still haven't found my P60/45 (can't remember which it is) and now I can't find a receipt for a pair of shoes of DD's which broke after a week  I think I'm going to have to do that pinning the devil thing as I need it. Its not like me to loose things
I'm battling through the washing pile which just doesn't seem to be going down but the washing mountain is more of a hill so won't be too bad when I come to tackle it later.
Had a phonecall from X asking about something which was on my to-do list anyway. Apparently his mum is pestering him so he got onto me. Time critical sort of but there was no way I was going to pay out for something before my bills were paid  Thats my priority, keeping a roof over mine & DD's head, not ordering a piece of paperwork I was only asked about 2 weeks ago! They don't have to worry about that, both households there have 2 incomes, I'm on benefits and whatever I manage to make from the Avon so paying upfront for something is not so easy for me:mad: Going to do it now though as the bills were paid yesterday and I'm sitting here having lunch and not working
If its gone its done or not applicable or can't be done

Morning frittered elsewhere and now I need to get on. Boys and I are off for a weekend in sunny Wales tomorrow so I have a huge amount to get done. Obviously wont have time to iron or do homework Sunday night so need to sort that today. OH is staying here as we no longer have a house sitter, so need to sort food for him too or he will live off takeways.
First job though is to clean out the hens, and then the cat litter tray 'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
*sigh*
2 loads of washing out
1 load in.. other wm waiting for the clothes Squeak is wearing.. she is going in the bath when OH has eaten but he is VERY slowly making an omelette
DW on
Worktop from the frog list has been started on... I have 4 carriers of stuff to go to nursery, half a binbag for CS a carrier of stuff to keep for the next one down and a pile of DS3's stuff to ebay.. FLING! I also found 3 bags of potatoes  We are going to turn Irish over the next week! Jackets, beans and bacon for dinner I think!
I feel all droopy and tired with this stoopid cold.. but the curtains are still calling me!
£15 on ebeast today.. I have almost £200 now which is part way to the girls room being done!
.. It's great.. I get rid of our old crap and buy things to make the house habitable.. I'd forgotten quite how much fun it is seeing those pennies roll in!
WELL DONE Juliejim.. I just have the bank loan and mortgage now too.. wonderful isn't it?! The loan I have a £4000 fee (there is only £11000 outstanding ) if I pay it off early so I am hammering it to ge the monthly payments down to very little (I am aiming for less than £100 a month.. currently £260!) then I can work on reducing the mortgage which, as far as mortgages go, not very huge at all.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I seem to have a major case of CBA at the moment but I have just pushed myself to deal with the paperwork on the pc desk which is a plus.
