Bored of checking to see if we have had a debit for olympic tickets - thinking the answer this late is probably no.

    Oooh. Got a photo?

Not until pigpen flags up number 3 on the frog list :D Seriously, I thought I had a pic of me wearing it somewhere on this hard drive, but that must have been a computer or two ago. Will PM you when it's listed for sale if you like?

Weather report from the north coast of Scotland: it's HAILING!! It's JUNE on Wednesday!!

WM has been given its hot flush, bed linen has been changed and number 2 on the frog list has been dispatched. Off to tackle the kitchen now we've both had lunch :)

so far today i have washed the huge pile of dishes from yesterdays roast dinner, one load in the WM and swept the kitchen floor. next on the list will be mopping the floor, and im going to scrub down the radiator and skirting boards, aswell as the back door. also need to put second load in WM, do a bit of ironing, and hopefully get started on LR (may use my 15 min de-clutter for that!)
my bathroom looks fantastic :) i did it yesterday, i do keep it clean but i gave it a major de-clutter, got rid of all the deodrant cans with 2 sprays left in them and old unusable bath salts etc lurking in the back of the cupboard.

EDIT: cazmanian, im in north east coast of scotland, we have clouds and rain here at the mo, you keep your hail i'll keep my rain haha :)

I either soak for a few hours in biological washing powder and hot water, or wipe neat bleach around inside of cups then fill with water for a few minutes, either way remember to rinse THOROUGHLY before use

Thanks jetbag - I'll give it a go in a while

Right at 2pm I'm giving myself an hour to complete the kitchen list - everything apart from mopping the floor as its still chucking it down here and it just won't dry when its like that

    Anyone care to join me?

I bleach the tea stains too.. people waffle about it not removing the residue of tea but it is discolouration rather than a coating so the bleach does work.. scouring things .. like those green ones.. tend to scratch the glaze and make staining worse.

i can vouch for this, my dad bleaches tea stains and he's the king of clean. he does this thing called 'double dusting', if he misses dusting for a day he does it twice the next day! he'd flip if he saw my fireplace :rotfl:
