Car insurance quotes too early?

My insurance is due 30th June, I haven't had my renewal notice yet obviously, even if I did I would shop aro9und for quotes anyway.

Is it too early to get some quotes and save them, as some sites you can save them up to 30 days?

    I'd leave it a bit less than that - I've just tried to retrieve my quotes and they expired after 28 days.
