Posting to Outer Hebrides

I have sold multiple items to a buyer in the Outer Hebrides and am trying to work out a postage cost.

According to the Royal Mail website, the price I have is £18.10 for a 10kg parcel. Anyone know if this is correct, or is there an extra charge for this area ?

Also, could I send by Parcelforce on their 24 hour service ?

If you use Paypal postage, there is an option for Parcel Force fully tracked for £10.99, I will try and find the link (and hope it is still in action)

Parcelforce is £11.99 and £12.99 via Paypal for 24 and 48 services. They both include all of the UK, so Highlands and islands (includes N. Ireland, excludes Channel Islands).
You can get the service via the sold item page on Ebay ("print postage")

if its in the UK,its one price royal mail
thats part of RMs USO requirement
however it wont be there for much longer

i have a friend who lives in the Outer Hebrides, and it never costs extra by rayal mail
