Mini-break holiday help please!

I am trying to find somewhere pretty cheap to go away in the end july/first few weeks of August with a friend. I would normally avoid the holidays but I am doing a course which mean this is the only time to go.
I dont really mind where i go but want some sun and money is the biggest issue. My friend's boyfriend recently left her and she is incredibly depressed so the pressure is on me to cheer her up!
Are there any sites that you can put dates in and choose a list of places, rather than having to search through different places separately...or has anyone found any good deals for long weekends?
Thanks so much!

Thanks, i have £12 worth as spent £150 worth when they were 4 x the amount. My friend wont have any.
There must be somewhere that no one wants to go to during the summer holidays!

I have maybe 6000 ish nectar points...i'll have a look on their site but not used my points before.

I live In oxford and my friend High Wycombe so flights from Birmingham, Luton, Heathrow, Gatwick are easiest...stansted if we had to.

    Thanks

Have searched about 25 destinations through easy jet but am shocked how much more it costs to travel over summer..i'm quite glad i dont have kids to be honest!

Maybe i'll take her to a spa in england and book a spray tan.

Thankfully i have a very nice holiday to look forward to in October so its not all doom and gloom.
