Cheryl - welcome back, we missed you! Good to know you were absent for good reasons, though! Hope things go well - and don't forget to look out for the NSD gang when you are doing your run on Sunday!

Kerri - I was gutted that Dr Who is off till the autumn. The scripts just get better and better, don't they?

NSD-wise, I was at work yesterday and had left my purse chained up at home so clocked up another one.

A grand total of 7 now!!!!

    Morning all!

Congratulations Cheryl on all your good news. Good to have you back.

MM7 glad my little smiley jogged your memory. :D

Currently laying on the sofa, not feeling too good. So taking it easy. I might sort through some stuff. If I feel up to it. :D

Yesterday was a NSD, so thats me up to 7 and I think today should be one too. As I don't plan on venturing out.

    Have a great day.
    xx

Unfortunately not doing it, as a cold decided to sit on my chest and I'm still coughing it up 16 days later :(

Today's a spend day for me - a couple of bits in the hope I can get some gardening done while I'm off work next week (a kneeling pad and a tool to get between the flagstones), some flypaper type window stickers (twice the price, but much nicer to look at) and two new front windscreen wipers !!

In the last 24 hours I've booked myself a dental appt for next Wednesday (excemption certificate runs out at the end of the month, so needed to be sure to get it in having had the last one at the end of December), a doctors appt for Monday morning, and an appt at the hairdressers for 9th September (getting colour put into it before daughter's hen night on 10th, his family wedding on 17th, and daughter's wedding on 24th - with three events over 3 weekends it seemed to make sense to get it done). Still need to book the dog into kennels for the last of those weekends, but have hopefully managed to arrange with elder son that he'll have the dog for the first two Saturday nights (in return for which I have to take him for a suit fitting this coming Saturday afternoon - essential trip for him as he's giving my daughter away).

Sorry you are under the weather, CW, I'll send Igor round with his killer cough syrup (Works a treat but just don't ask what's in it).

So, are we all gatecrashing jinty's birthday instead then? Can't miss out on the cheesy pineapples!
