A spend day today for me, as I had to get some shopping. At least one NSD over the weekend is the objective though! If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!0 -

Hi Everyone!
My 2nd Month with this challenge, am hoping all will go well.
June 1st - Spendy day being 1st day of the month - but I took out shopping money and spare money for emergencies today as I want to try to not use my card . If I don't have the money in my wallet, I can't buy anything.
June 2nd - NSD 1
June 3rd - NSD 2
Am hoping to pick up a 3rd tomorrow - I need to stay in and force myself to finish my reports!0 -
2 more not-a-NSDs to report today, all my spends have been food related so farThank you competition posters!

We had some really great news yesterday which has made up for all the horribleness of the last couple of weeks...Dh was offered the job he went for earlier in the week (after 2nd interview)...which will be a big salary jump for himSo things are looking up!
Great news LMH - you and OH must be really chuffed :T you must be so proud of himNargleblast wrote: »Welcome back from the hols, Hannah and Bdini - is the rumour I hear true, Bdini? The one about you shutting Hubert in Spoon's Tardis while you went away on hols? Do you realise we've all got to travel in that thing? Spoon will have to do a Hercules and divert a river or something to clean it out.....
You're right Nargle, Hubert has been residing in the Tardis and I for one am not going anywhere near it until it's had a good clean...I don't know about calling Rentokil to defume it, think we'll be more in need of Rent-a-ghost :rotfl:
Well a spendy day for meoh no...I can see Spoony winding up with those kippers already...BUT ..... had to get my eyebrow (now brows again) done for £5, also stopped at S*vers as I'd spotted the moisturiser I use at £2.99 (found at some other places for £5.07 these days :eek:) I have to use it as my skin is so dry so stocked up on 3 bottles (400ml each) which will keep me going for a bit - well I literally NEED it so seemed silly not to buy it. also bought OH some throat lozenges as he's a bit poorly atm. Then stopped at the market for some cherries @ £1.99lb and also came away with a big basket of cherry toms for £1.50 (way more than you get in store packs) and a butternut squash for my curry attempt this weekend at 75p - so not a bad haul overall.
honest
oh, and one of the 20p jars of pasta sauce from Mr T too.
Can't promise tomorrow won't be a spend as I need a few bits for the garden, need weed killer and some compost to pot up my tom plants - and I think I can get both from the £1-1p shop. Couldn't carry all that today.
Sorry for the waffle, hope everyone is getting to enjoy the glorious sun. Got a car boot planned for sunday so fingers crossed the weather lasts until then (plus that should stop me spending that day so win win all round :beer:)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Yep, unfortunately it's all true and, to cap it all, BDINI went off with the keys so I couldn't let him out.
The smell is unbelievable:eek::eek::eek:The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
