As title, really - just tried to pay for some items on Ebay, I know the account it's being funded to has more than sufficient funds as I've just double-checked on my internet banking, but it won't go through. Is it just me?

There have been issues since Friday according to Ebay PSBoard.
They are ranging from 'Paypal cannot process this transaction at this time please try again later'.......to......'This payment is being held pending security checks'.
