EDF - No Meter Request, No Bill

In the past my quarterly billing by EDF for electricity has gone perfectly ... they email requesting I submit my meter readings online and a couple of days later I get a bill in the post.

My bills usually cover a quarter starting and ending with 12th of the month, the last one being up to 12th February. I've just woken up to the fact that I haven't received any email request for meter readings nor any bill for the quarter ending 12th May.

I can't get into My-Account this weekend because they are doing planned maintenance so it'll have to wait till Monday or probably Tuesday because of the bank hol.

Just wondering in the meantime if anyone else here has not received an expected meter request or bill?
