Tech problems when using ebay

I'm having problems with ebay
Friday I tried to leave feedback on ebay but despite clicking on the positive button nothing happened, the comments section never appeared or the star section, today I tried to open a message and nothing happens, I managed to get to it via my email address but then it would not let me respond..
When in selling manager is wont let me email my buyers either when they have brought something.
I switched to my OH computer just now and it all worked fine?? Any idea what might have gone wrong with mine?
I use Norton 360 av.. not sure if something in there is stopping me?

What browser are you using?
A good start would be to clear your browser cache (temporary internet files). After that, worth a try with a different browser - chrome, firefox, opera - to see if it's ok there.0 -
I'm using chrome at the moment, will do as you suggested and see if it makes a difference0
