    Weird isn't it how different things set it off for different people? I find that if I've done a lot of walking during the day, I get it without fail.

    Marley suffers from the "burning/heat" sensation of RLS, he's been known to stand barefoot in the snow to cool them down :D When he finally mentioned it to the GP a couple of months ago, he was prescribed a low dose of amitryptyline (sp?) which has eased it somewhat.
