Mine are fidgetty too.. I find a bit of a mooch about works.. I tend to get it most when pregnant.. or when I haven't burned enough energy during the day... which is hard to do with SPD..
Weird isn't it how different things set it off for different people? I find that if I've done a lot of walking during the day, I get it without fail.0 -
Marley suffers from the "burning/heat" sensation of RLS, he's been known to stand barefoot in the snow to cool them down
