    There's nothing wrong with debt, per se, what's wrong is letting it get away from you. With the good advice you've got here hopefully you can get it back under control and keep it that way...

    Just remember, nothing wrong with using credit, just make sure it is working for you and you are in control instead of the other way around. To my way of thinking that means that credit cards a way of spreading a cost out over a few (and I do mean a few) months, not a way of buying things you otherwise simply couldn't afford in a million years.

    What's wrong is using debt to pay for holidays when you have not paid off your other debts yet, stop NOW.
    If you have debts and need credit for non essentials (holidays) it's time to review the situation.

    If you head over to the DFW board and work out an SOA and budget you could be debt free in a year, 3K really isn't a huge amount. It's certainly nowhere near a bankruptcy situation, that's for if you are up the proverbial creek without a paddle lol x
