Hi,
Was browsing the web the other week for a new dishwasher & stumbled across trhis little store on google. Robinsons Electric Electrical retailer in Kendal and Lancaster England.

I bought a Beko Stainless Steel super Dishwasher for £218 + £15 delivery. Ordered it Thursday with me by Tuesday, got am/pm slot & 2 hour slot on the day, official Euronics dealer & ARGOS was the cheapest big store, wanted £274 delivered, 28-day delivery & full dya delivery slot. I was chuffed as I live in Lancashire I assume they'll deliver nationwide as they just couriered it out with TNT I think.

PS The dishwasher is fab, 12-place setting, half load option, trendy stainless steel effect, loads of other features & most important for me, easy peasy instructions!!!

DELIGHTED to find this little firm's made it onto MSE.

Back in the Spring of 2002 we were looking for a Philips portable TV and checked all over the 'Net for a good price. Then, somehow, we 'fell over' this shop's site (and yes, it is a shop). The Philips was £40 (forty) cheaper than the cheapest anywhere else in the UK.

We rang them to check stock availability / price and then drove to Kendal to collect (we live 40 miles to the north). The little shop is super and the staff, excellent. We loaded the TV into the back of our car, then discovered a Morrison's supermarket nearby so stocked up on shopping there.

Heading home northbound on the A6 we ran into the worst blizzard we've ever encountered. The road was blocked and cars / trucks were stuck solid (including us).

Fortunately, we were the only ones armed with a week's food supplies and a portable TV. . . :rotfl:
