Vsmile games under £10 incl postage

After several very irritating communications, where they quite simply did not believe me, I emailed them a copy of the 2 debits. (Having painstakenly worked out how to isolate the 2 transactions, print it off, scan it into my husbands computer and attach it via email) they were very surprised. When asked directly, she told me this had occurred with 3 customers, all different banks and they had no idea how and no records their end of the error. They assumed it was a banking error, but as we all had different ones it was not this!! They did not refund the bank charges, but as the account never goes overdrawn and it was a genuine error (and I cried a bit..) the nice lady refunded my charges which ended up being £75 :T

Also in Woolworths today, about half of the vsmile games were half price. (£8.49) I bought Batman and an Alphabet game. Noddy was def also reduced. Looked online, but no reduction showing.

the Noddy game and Scooby Doo were still scanning at full price in Newcastle store. the reduced (£8.49) games were Batman, Mickey's magical adventure, Elmo's world, Aladdin, Whiz kids wheels, and Winnie the pooh.

They also had The Wiggles my first leappad book for £4.99.

I was charged twice before xmas. Made a phone call and refunded next day - no problems. Have since ordered another 2 and no problems.
