Vsmile games under £10 incl postage

Thanks for this, my little girl has been moaning that she doesn't have enough games for her V-Tech so I've just ordered 3.

I ordered 2 games and it had free p&p, I then added the Art Studio (£24.99 - not a reduced price) which is quite large, but it still had free p&p, so as a test for ladysparkle I added the backpack - and it put on £5 p&p!

I removed the backpack but it still had the £5 p&p.....so I started over again, added the 2 games and art studio and the order went through without adding p&p. Really don't understand how that all worked!

I haven't received an confirmation email yet.

I emailed Vsmile because I didn't receive a confirmation email, they emailed back with:

'Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry that you've not received your
confirmation email, it has probably been routed to your junk mail folder,
as this sometimes happens. We have your order on our system; it will be
processed today and should be with you within 2-3 working days, meaning you will have it before Christmas.
If you have any further enquiries please do get in touch.'

I had been checking both my junk folders and nothing arrived in them either though As I said, I hadn't been charged P&P even though I had ordered the Art Studio as well as a couple of games, so I was worried the lack of email meant it was a mistake

BEWARE..... Ihave been charged twice. Once on Dec19th and once on Dec 27th.

UNFORTUNATELY THEY CANNOT ANSWER MY CALLS OR EMAILS, AS THEY ARE CLOSED FROM 23RD DEC- JAN 2ND (YET THEY MANAGED TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 27TH....) SADLY THIS CAUSED ME TO GO OVERDRAWN AND I INCURRED A BANK CHARGE....

Thank you for this, I have just decided to check my online statement and I too have been billed twice for the total amount from vtech electronics.

Have bumped this up, as concerned that more people may have been charged twice.

Also in Woolworths today, about half of the vsmile games were half price. (£8.49) I bought Batman and an Alphabet game. Noddy was def also reduced. Looked online, but no reduction showing.

This is not showing on their computer system, they have no record of the second debit. Have had to email them my bank statement...:mad:

I have emailed them as I tried to telephone outside their office opening times. I find it very personal and intrusive to ask for a bank statement should they require this information from me!!

Did you get any joy savagevixen, I too was asked to provide a screengrab of my bank account and noticed a refund back to my account today whilst checking my balance, although have not received any more correspondence from vtech.
