parking ticket, wrong address?

received a parking ticket 3 weeks back now that i took it out to pay i realised it has on there "church place" as the address, (just because it has a church in the centre of the road!) if you have a search on multimap etc, you will realise there is NO "church place" in cardiff, what they're referring to is St.Andrews Crescent,

do i pay it or write them a kind letter?

Yes if the street address is wrong, then the ticket is invalid and you do not have to pay for it. However, if they eventually send you a formal notice, do send them a brief reply pointing out the error which invalidates the ticket.

If you do not reply, the notice will just escalate to the next level and they will register the non payment with a debt collection agency which will affect your future credit and nobody needs the headache.
