Problems with Google Adwords, After using voucher...

Hi,
over ayear ago i setup an adowrds account using a coucher i was supplied with for £50, the website states that there is a limit of £50 on your account until you pay your first bill, then it is increased each time you pay. i have just received emails saying that i owe £160 and that my account will be reffered to an external debt collection agency within 15 days if the account continues unpaid. What can i do? i have already emailed google adwords support. i'm a student so have very little money and definately can't pay the fee within 15 days. Is it possible to use chargeback or something similar in this case?
Thanks for your help.

How about pay it or contact them and ask to pay in 2 or 3 installments?

If its sent to a debt collection agency they will arrange a plan to repay the money.

Irrespective of the fact they never placed the £50 limit, you still use the service.

A chargeback is something that can only be used for payments already made. If they had successfulyl charged your card I hardly think you would be able to do such based on the fact your a student and don't have much money.

They are likely to be on hold now, but make sure of this.

I have used adwords, I also had a £50 credit (i had to add my credit card details) However it is up to the person to set a limit on how much you want to use each day. You must of not set a limit and thats why you went over. I have also had vouchers for £100 and never had to use my credit card to pay because i have set the limit myself.

Yep, having spent over 40k on adwords I know all about it. You can set your daily spending limit to 1p if you want to. Obviously the op didn't do anything like that. Adwords is very clear but worth reading up on if you know nothing about it because otherwise you'll just through money down the drain.
