NHS cashback black card

I have been using this card for the past few months and they offer significant cashback. The link can found by googling nhs cashback blackcard. This is a debit card which you need to top up in advance.
Is there any worry regarding the financial stability of the company? Any pther concerns because it sounds too good to be true?:D

I guess the merchants are passing on the savings from your not using a Credit Card.

can u get cashback on fuel purchases from places like shell, jet etc..

I think I would have applied for this card if I worked in NHS.
e.g. if I was to buy an expensive item from Comet, then I would load the card with credit & then use this card to get 5% cashback.

Cashback is payable on fuel if purchased from ASDA and the amount paid in at a kiosk, i.e.it is not payable on pay at pump. However there is no cashback on fuel at Sainsbury's.
