First Utility are a TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
I joined First Utility in late December 2010 ... what a mistake
! They eventually send bills which are all estimated and bare no resemeblance to my actual usage, and ignore the readings I submit. They don't reply to emails even though it's supposed to be an "online account". I cancelled my DD as they twice said they were taking payment but didn't confirm the amounts they were taking. Now I'm trying to change to another supplier and they have raised an objection even though I've settled all my bills and won't reply to tell me what the objection is! :mad:
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SIGNING UP WITH THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
